For every snack, we translate the common allergens printed on the snack's packaging. There are the 8 common allergens we write as designated by FDA: Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans.

Tell me about Japanese Expiration Date

Japanese expiration date is written in the YEAR/MONTH/DATE format. Even though we would never sell you expired snacks, some snacks might have short expiration date. So, please eat within two weeks after the box arrival. If you're worried that your snack has expired, send us a clear photo of the snack along with expiration date to hello@todoku-wa.com, so we can look into it.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free!

For the custom fees, it is up to you to confirm your country's import regulations as we are not responsible for any custom fees that may incur to receive your shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Canada, Japan and USA. We are trying to make worldwide shipping available sometime soon!

Will customs delay my TohoKrate arriving?

Before ordering, we reccomend that you double check any custom regulations that can affect your shipment and cause delays or problems.

When items are shipped internationally, every shipment must go through customs. This may cause a slight delay for arrival of your shipment. After customs clear your package, it will be set to be delivered within your local post office!

My TohoKrate was marked as delivered, but I don't have it yet!

It is very common for there to be a lag in time from when the parcel is marked as "delivered" and when it actually arrives. Sometimes, they will mark an item as delivered and it won't arrive until 3-4 days later at the worst case - 1week later.

If your package does not arrive within 5 days of being marked as delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office first and then send an email at hello@todoku-wa.com, so that we can proceed with the next steps!

What if I lose my TohoKrate?

Please write to our customer support hello@todoku-wa.com, if your box is missing.

In order for us to track your box with a tracking link, we need to know within 10 weeks from the order date. If you have not written in that timeframe, unfortunately we will no longer be able to help you.

Help! My TohoKrate arrived damaged!

We are terribly sorry for what you get.

If your itemt is at all damaged (melted, defective, etc), we ask that you please take a photo immediately and email us at hello@todoku-wa.com where we can assist you further.

What is your refund policy?

Because the artisanal, gourmet snacks we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all purchases made on this site, https://todoku-wa.com/ (the Site), are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed, we start working hard to process and fulfill your box so that it ships out to you in as little time as possible! Please understand that there are no cancellations as stated in our Refund Policy. We appreciate your acceptance and understanding!

What is your pricing in my country's currency?

Our prices are in USD. However, you can choose country/region from the selector at the bottom of every page.

Does the total cost includes international customs & taxes?

The total cost does not cover any customs fees or taxes that may be charged by your country during the delivery process. You are responsible for such fees.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over any extra import costs that may be issued, as every country as its own regulations when it comes to processing shipments into their country.

However, while we process your box for shipment, we do everything we can to lower the chances that your box will be flagged and charged customs fees.
