Refund policy

お客様都合による返品の場合は、商品到着後7日以内の弊社にご連絡下さい。その際の返品送料はお客様負担となります。万が一不良品や品違いであった場合は、商品到着後３日以内に弊社に連絡の上、送料着払いにて返品後、良品と交換もしくは返金致します。

In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, please contact our company within 7 days of receipt of the product. In such cases, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If the product is defective or the wrong item is found, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product and return it to us freight collect and we will exchange it for a good item or refund your money.
